Three big housing developers are battling it out in court to take hold of this piece of Baguio land, at break-neck pace towards further congestion.

The foothills near the boundaries of Baguio and La Trinidad Valley have green fields and terraced vegetable gardens, but near Baguio, the sight is here to see.
