Average IQ of Countries

The average IQ in the United States is usually set at 100. Groups within the US score different average IQ's, such as 115 for college grads or 85 for African-Americans. Similarly, average IQ varies from country to country, shown in the 2002 book IQ and the Wealth of Nations (sets Britain at 100):

I don't believe this document, how could they know the average IQ of people in each country? besides, IQ tests are not accurate to every country because it is modeled on certain kind of education that is related to western countries, what are they going to do with the illiterate population in certain countries? are they going to count then as "morons" just because they were not exposed to a certain model of education? third thing, I think this IQ issue is really a new sort of racism, as if you are putting a certain model for "standard human beings" and those who don't cope with the model are non-humans.
