Jack  Kintanar  Cariño

Sinai Hamada, founding publisher and editor in chief of the Baguio Midland Courier, is the author of "Tanabata's Wife," described by National Artist for Literature Francisco Arcellana as the finest Filipino love story ever written.

Sinai's short stories give us a glimpse of old Baguio. "The Woman Who Came Alive" deals with the legend of why there are dark and fair Ibalois.

Hello po! Where can I find a copy of the story? I'm interested about it. I'm doing a little research about the Ibaloi people for one of my projects. Thanks din sa link po.

God bless and thanks.

"Tanabata's Wife" is another of Uncle Sinai's short stories, maybe his most popular one.
